Why is there a setup fee?
Setup is real work, not a toll. It covers importing 12–24 months of your historical leads and carrier commission statements — so attribution works on day 1, not month 6 — plus compliance onboarding: SOA workflow setup, DNC integration, and BAA execution.
What does the pilot include?
The full product, free for 90 days — no monthly fee and no setup fee during the pilot. After the pilot, you pick a tier. The setup fee stays waived for the first 3 pilot agencies that convert.
Can I get my data out?
Yes — full data export in CSV and JSON is available on every tier, and Enterprise adds API export. Your leads, calls, policies, and commission records are yours. No lock-in.
Are you SOC 2 certified?
SOC 2 Type 1 is targeted for roughly Month 9 after launch. In the meantime, ClaimFlow runs on infrastructure with HIPAA BAAs in place and keeps an audit log on every write.
